HumanFlow ("we", "our", "the app") is operated by Lacewing Technologies. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Account information — when you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name to create and manage your account.
- Content you submit — the text you paste to humanize or to check for AI detection. We process it to return your result.
- Basic technical data — standard information needed to operate the service (app version, timestamps).
We do not collect your location, contacts, or photos, and we show no ads.
How we use it
- To provide the core features (humanize text, AI detection) and show your results.
- To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the service.
Sharing
To generate results, the text you submit is sent to our AI processing providers (including Anthropic and our own detection service) solely to produce your result. They act as our processors and do not use your text to advertise to you. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data if required by law.
Storage & security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored in our managed database with restricted access.
Retention & deletion
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → Account → Delete account, or by emailing support@textsight.ai.
Children
HumanFlow is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date reflects changes.
